Ever Thursday, Jin Shin Institute hosts a weekly candlelight Yin/Shin class combining longer, passive Yin Yoga postures with the hands-on Japanese energy healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. This deeply profound and meditative 90- minute yoga practice will open with a Main Center Source flow, move into yoga poses targeting connective tissue, fascia, joints, and bones paired with Jin Shin Jyutsu holds, and will end with a guided deep relaxation known as Yoga Nidra. You can expect to leave feeling calm and balanced in body, mind, and spirit.
